Clayton Jones

For more than 17 years, Clayton has advised high-growth companies focused on wellness products & services, and expansion into new markets. Prior to joining Helo, he served as General Counsel of Grov Technologies and as Deputy General Counsel of Nu Skin Enterprises (NYSE: NUS). Before joining Nu Skin, Clayton practiced corporate law at an international law firm.
David Ufheil

As a CPA, Dave has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and financial leadership roles including serving as auditor, advisor, or CFO for a wide range of public and private companies in various industries. In addition to his experiences in the U.S., he spent 6.5 years on secondment in Germany. Most recently, Dave has assisted several companies in their efforts towards initial public offerings.
