What is the normal average Body Temperature?


The average body temperature changes continuously throughout the day. Body temperature is usually lower during the mornings and higher during noon and evenings.

The normal average body temperature is 37° C (98.6° F). Generally, body temperature is at its lowest at 2-5 in the morning, and at its highest at 5-7 in the afternoon, with a range of about 0.5-1° C. Your normal temperature may be slightly higher or lower than this value.

We strongly suggest you to perform a Body Temperature measurement when your waist hasn't been exposed to any source of heat and cold to obtain a neutral result.
