These are the Health Functions you’ll find in your LifeWatch Generation 2:

Heart Rate

Your App displays your average, lowest and highest heart rates.

Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA)

Measures your body composition.

ECG reading

A full AI analysis to monitor your heart rate.

Accelerated Plethysmography (APG)

Measures the status and ageing of your vascular system.

Blood Pressure (BP)

Monitors your blood pressure anywhere, anytime.


Tracks your average oxygen saturation level.

Body Temperature

A temperature sensor to help detect potential signs of illness.

Breath Rate (BR)

Wearing a LifeWatch every day allows you to have a seamless and continuous monitor that records and analyzes resting and exercising Breath Rates.


Scientific Assessment of Sleep Quality Analysis and REM sleep.

Stress Level

Monitors your energy and mood.


Your energy levels and disposition are based on your Heart Rate Variability (HRV).

Atrial Fibrillation (AFib)

In addition to detecting AFib, using AI, your LifeWatch is also capable of detecting five other types of arrhythmias.
