To be eligible for the Limited Warranty:
You must have an active Account with no outstanding, unpaid balance and be the original purchaser of the product through your Account.
The product must be unopened, in a resellable condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with seals and wrapping in place and all components and accessories included.
Defective products may be replaced pursuant to our warranty. You can read more about the conditions of our warranty on our website. Once a return is requested, Helo may suspend or terminate the Account associated with the return at its sole discretion.
To submit a Return Merchandise Authorization request, contact our Customer Service Team within 30 days of our shipment to you. Please provide the order number
If approved, you will receive an RMA number, which is valid for 30 days, and instructions for shipping the product back to us at your own cost.
Please note: Products received by the Company without an authorized RMA number or with an expired RMA number will not qualify for a refund, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.
The refund will be calculated as follow:
- For an eligible return, you will be refunded the purchase price excluding shipping costs incurred, less a 10% restocking fee.
- For orders cancelled prior to shipping, you will be refunded the purchase price including shipping costs.
- For an eligible return of one or more items as part of a kit or bundle, you will receive a partial refund calculated as the total purchase price, less the full undiscounted price of the items not returned, excluding shipping costs incurred.
Refunds are typically processed within 60 days following our receipt of validly returned products. Unless we approve otherwise, any refund will be returned via the original payment method.
If you need to ask for many orders replacement/refund, you’ll have to submit a different request for each order.
